I have a slight swelling under my clavicle, a also have pain down my arm and numbness in my middle three fingers. The pain radiates into my face and ear sometimes but not that often. The muscles in the back of my neck and shoulder also feel tight and hurt whenI turn my neck. I do sleep on this side with my shoulder squashed under me but have tried not to sleep on it for a week without any improvement.

Hello

Thanks for writing to us,

According to your history you are most likely suffering from thoracic outlet syndrome
I f thoracic outlet syndrome is giving you neurological deficit then you should investigate completely in form of Xray and MRI.
Check your vit B12 level and vit D3 level through blood test.

Conservative treatment include medicines such as anti inflammatory drugs, physiotherapy (Short wave diathermy, ultrasound) . Exercises.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
