Swelling Under Left Armpit Without Pain, On And Off Severe Pain In Shoulder, Neck And Upper Back. Possible Breast Cancer?

I am 34 years old working lady, my height is 150 c.m and wight is 63kg.. I have a daughter aged 18 months... my problem is swelling under the left armpit since last 15 years which is painless. But some times i feel severe pain in shouler, neck and upper back area... all these feel in the left side only
.... can it causes breast cancer....

a swelling present for the last 15 years with no symptoms
only pain sometimes
it does not look like breast cancer
better consult a surgeon and get the lymph node biopsy done
histo pathological examination of the biopsy sample will clinch the diagnosis
