Swollen Armpit, Palpable Axillary Lymph Nodes, Joint Pain, Sharp Pain In Breast And Nipples. No Help From Antibiotics. Thoughts?

Hi I have had blood tests and awaiting results from my GP following a course of strong antibiotics not clearing a swollen armpit and two palpable axillary lymph nodes....i have joint pain all the time in various locations and a moderate sharp pain running down breast towards nipple....what could my doc be looking for? she said on feel exam that besides the armpit nodes the breast tissue itself felt ok? I am also awaiting a referal for scans?? what are they looking to find in my blood results do you think?? i was to caught of guard and rushed to ask or think?
