My menstrual cycle just ended 1 day ago and I have a swollen gland on the right side of my vagina labia. Not only that, when I roll my hands upwards in between the thigh and the right labia, I have another swollen gland that is making it very painful. What is this, why is two glands swollen on the same side, and how do i treat this.

Hi,
Due to period proper hygiene might not have maintained giving rise to infection in around your lower genitals, leading to enlarge painful lymph nodes at local part and in the groin.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
