Swollen glands ... Voice comes and gets froggy ... Had pressure congestion in my head so my dr Ganesh me Zithromax the 3 Pak with Flonase ..starting losing my voice first and was traveling for a week working before I got to the dr... Is this just laryngitis from over use or what... I am a healty nut so lots of fluids .. Soups ... Juices etc do I need Advil or just resting my voice ... ..
