Hi,
It seems that you might behaving infected wisdom tooth giving rise to swelling on gum with enlarge lymph node under your jaw.
Consult your doctor and go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Continue warm water gargles.
Ok and take care.

Dentist Dr. Prachi Mishra's  Response
hello
thanks for posting query
your symptoms suggests that you have an infection in your wisdom tooth.... you will have to get an x ray done for the wisdom tooth where you have that lump... yes warm saline gargles is good enough to subside the symptoms.. but you require an antibiotic as well as well pain killer course of minimum five days... finally i would suggest you to visit a dental surgeon and get your wisdom tooth extracted...you can take following medicines-
amoxicillin 500mg + clavunic acid 125 mg twice daily, etodolac 400 mg with or without paracetamol 325mg twice daily, vitamin b- complex once daily....
hope it helps
follow up is invited
