Swollen Head After Fall, Back Feels Bruised, Shoulder Blade Pain. Suggest?

I had an accident on a snowmobile. I hit my head on the ice. Left side of head. It s swollen and it hurts all over, even my eyes. Even when I smile. I woke up and my lower back feels bruised and my neck is stiff and left shoulder blade hurts as well. Now, my stomach is hurting, and I m hearing a weird noise in my head. What going on.
