Swollen Legs And Hands After Child Birth. Has Splenomegaly. Suggestions?

Hello, I'm Hasan, Bangladesh. My younger sister was pregnant. But 10.1.2013 her delivery time the baby is dead. For one month my sister' s body legs and hands water is. She i showed the Gaini doctor. Doctor said Medicine Specialist Show and she were more Splenomegly gorth. Yet her body look to same. Now What do you do to me. Please suggest me my mail : YYYY@YYYY

What was the reason of death of baby ?
Now there is swelling , reasons are many as,
Hypertension,
hypoproteinamia ,
kidney infection ,
anemia,
Congestive heart failure,
renal failure.
Without knowing detail it is not possible to find out exact cause of swelling.
