Swollen Lymph Node Below The Ear, Swelling In The Cheek Bone And Eyebrow. Tenderness Spreading To Scalp. Suggestions?

I am 34 year old female. Five days ago I found bump located behide my jaw line below my ear on the right. I figured it was a swollen lymph node. Over the last few days tenderness has spread from the bunp into my scalp, the whole right side of my head. Yesterday my right eyebrow and cheek bone has become swollen. The swelling on my face is discolored.

with the symptoms and features you are describing

its possible that you have spreading infection under skin of face and scalp

the most common danger or complication which needs to be kept in mind is extension of this infection form across the skull bone(through small natural holes) into brain.

the skin around the nos - we doctors call it danger area of face for the same

you need to consult your doctor at the earliest to get appropriate antibiotic for controlling this
