Swollen Red Calf With Excruciating Pain After Injecting The Fluid. What Could Be The Relief For This?

I injected fluid in upper calf and hit a nerve. After 24 hours it is swollen, red, excruciating pain and am unable to walk. I believe I hit a nerve. What treatment is recommended for fast relief. I have had it elevated and am putting ice packs on it. No relief.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Excruciating pain, numbness and inability to walk after injection could be due to development of Compartmental syndrome in which there is rise in pressure.
Would suggest you to seek expert opinion from Surgeon at earliest

I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
