Swollen Toe With Scab, Started After Doing Pedicure. Can I Use Peroxide. Suggestions?

My big toe is swollen and it looks like I have a scab on it. It bleeds at times. It started when I got a pedicure and they cut my toe nails short took out a hang nail. I noticed it got swollen and now its like a straight line scab about 1 cm the layers of skin are pealing off my toe doesnt hurt just that area. Please help I wanted to use peroxide but im not sure.

Hi,
It seems that you are having toe nail bed infection due to cut while doing pedicure.
You may require oral antibiotic medicine course for healing this infection after consulting your doctor.
You can clean with hydrogen peroxide and apply local antibiotic cream.
