Swollen Vein Under Right Breast. Mammogram Normal. Mondor's Syndrome?

I have a swollen tender vein under my right breast . When I lift my breast it looks like a cord running down my rib, about 2.5 inches. I went to my OBGYN today and she sent me for a mammogram . The mammogram was fine. Should I still go to my GP and have a thoracic wall scan? Could this be Mondor s syndrome? I have not had recent surgery or trauma. Thank you
