Swollen Wrist, History Of RA. Possible To Remove Antibodies?
Hi I am a 33 years old female. I am suffering from RA since 2000. with RA test negative and ANA positive. it worsen post pregnancy. both my TKR is done. post these surgeries there was no symptoms of RA. recently my heart also got swollen there was problem with electrical short circuits in my heart because of high heart rate and worst ECG. I have undergone the EPF and Radio Frequency Ablation . post this procedure now I am again getting symptoms of RA my left wrist is swollen badly. I am on Defza 6 once daily but it is not helping much. I heard about the some injections which can cure this RA.Is it possible to remove antibodies . My cardiologist has a doubt that antibodies may have attacked the heart s electrical induction systems. I am looking out for some best remedy. Regards Pradnya
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The antibody load in the body can be reduced with electrophoresis but it is a costly and time consuming process. You can consult a rheumatologist for various therapies.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
