The important signs of cancer are painless lump in any part of mouth like buccal mucosa(cheek),lip,
palate.
gingiva,floor of mouth or the alveolar bone.
It can become secondarily infected upon exposure and become painful.
Slowly it progress in size causing difficulty in eating,chewing,swallowing and general discomfort.
In that case, it is best to consult an oral surgeon for
biopsy.
There are many de addiction centers opened.you can approach there.also drug therapy is given to discontinue tobacco usage.
