hi . i have painful periods every month n m 20 right now .... i always take meftal spas to get rid of the pain .... its been almost 2 years since i m taking meftal spas for ma painfull periods .... will dis affect my health in future ?? n is der any option or treatment i can go for getting rid of painfull periods permanantly?
some pain during periods is normal. taking meftal spas 3-4 days a month is not going to cause any side effect. as far as getting rid of painful periods is concerned , you should try to avoid stress & anxiety during periods. go for regular morning walk at lest 30 minutes a day. do some rotating pelvic exercises. take light and frequent meals. get checked for any infection (PID) .if there is some infection consult your gynecologist for needful treatment.hope you got the answer. feel free to contact for any query.
