Hi, Welcome to HCM.

Based on the information you have provided, looks like your TSH has risen because of stopping the thyroid medications. It is important that you maintain your normal TSH levels for normal functioning of your thyroid gland by continue taking the medication.

To answer your question, you will need to see your primary physician or endocrinologist to re-evaluate your condition based on your lab reports and clinical signs and symptoms to put you back on Thyronorm.

Hope this helps.

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Akhilesh Dubey's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
Your TSH report is high which suggest Hypothyroidism. If you was on Thyronorm then it should not be stopped suddenly.

You should consult Physician or Endocrinologist for proper clinical Examination and investigations like Ultrasonography of Thyroid and Anti TPO antibodies, Lipid Profile, Complete blood count, Fasting blood sugar.

You will need Thyroxine supplementation starting with low dose to titrate it with clinical improvement and TSH level monitoring.

Thyroxine supplementation in most cases is lifelong so take it regularly with periodic monitoring.
Hope this helps.

Take care.
Good Luck.
