Taking Augmentin For Sinus Infection, Head Is Unclear, Foggy Thinking. Any Suggestions ?

I have been taking Augmentin *875 mg for 3 days due to a sinus infection--I previously took Omnicef for 10 days and thought the infection cleared but 3 days later it was back. My doctor put me on Augmentin then---I still seem to feel that my head is somewhat unclear but am willing to give it more time--I'm wondering if I should take Ibuprofen to help reduce inflammation and help it to better drain which may help my head to feel clearer--I can tell my thinking is rather foggy too. I have many environmental allergies and have had many sinus infections but this one seems to be taking longer--should I also be taking an antihistamine daily? I do nasal rinses already. I also use Nasonex spray. Any suggestions???? AAA

continue with your medicines as advised by your doctor

You can take antihistamine in case of symptoms after consulting your doctor

i advise to use a mask especially when go out

take green tea and honey

steam inhalation also improve symptoms

avoid cold and soft drinks

take plenty of fluids

saline gargles are effective remedy

i advise you to complete course of antibiotic

wishing you a speedy recovery

GET XRAY PNS AND TAKE ADVISE OF ENT DOCTOR TO TREAT ACCORDIN TO ALLERGY GUIDE LINES FOR TREATING ALLERGIES AND SINUSES
