Hi
Thanks for your query to Health Care Magic.
Currently you are on 3 medication which are as follows:
1. Fenofibrate – anti lipid drug to treat
high cholesterol 2. Nexium – an antacid
3. Hydrochlorothazide – a diuretic
Some of the common side effects of these drugs are as follows:
1. Some of the common side effects of Fenofibrate are
Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Headache, nausea,
constipation and weakness.
2. Some of the common side effects of Nexium are dizziness, confusion,
increased heart rate, diarrhea,
muscle cramps and cough
3. Some of the common side effects of Hydrochlorothazide are vision problems, dry mouth, thirst, nausea, vomiting, feeling weak, drowsy, muscle pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools and jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes)
It seems the main culprit for your itching is not Fenofibrate but it is Hydrochlorothazide as it is know to cause itching.
Kindly revisit your doctor for re-evaluation.
Hope that helps
Wishing you a fast recovery
Take Care:)
