Taking Kalms Tablet For Anxiety And Stress. Took Tramadol For Pain. Have Dizziness, Headache And Hot Flushes. Cause?
I have been taking Kalms tablets for the past four weeks for anxiety and stress they have been doing there job, but today i was prescribed Tramadol 50mg capsules to help with on and off pain for nerve damage and trapped nerves for the past 7 months i am now waiting for a neoroligist but needed some pain release for the time being, i had tried other tablets in the past which did not help,anyways... i took my first dose of two tablets before bed, and i have been awake with very bad dizzy spells, hot flushes and headaches and feel like i am drunk.

Anxiety disorders can manifest not only with psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, hot and cold sensations, palpitation, pain in multiple parts of body, choking sensation, tremors (shakiness) etc.
Kalms is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve anxiety. Tramadol is a opioid compound and may lead to addiction on it on prolonged use.
It is better to get evaluated by psychiatrist to find out cause of anxiety and start treatment accordingly. For long term control of anxiety following measures are helpful: relaxation exercise, medicines like SSRIs and non drug treatment like CBT.
