Hi there mkdubey,
Firstly, fungus infection has to be confirmed & what type of fungus has to be ascertained before starting treatment. Did you visit a dermatologist? or is this a self-medication/ pharmacist medication that is ongoing?
I note you seem to have a
diabetes condition..please ensure this is under check as it predisposes to repeated fungal infections.
Please use a local 2%
ketoconazole cream applied twice/daily for a week & you may consume an oral
fluconazole 200mg tablet as a single dose. This may require a prescription unless your pharmacist helps you out.
Do treat all your fomites, undergarments, clothes in hot water & dry well in the sun!
Please do visit a dermatologist nearest you for confirmation & treatment. This should only serve as guidelines to help you on your way.
Good Luck & Goiod Health!
