bp goal of diabetes patients is less then 130/80 mmhg
natural ways of controlling BP- decrease weight ( keep BMI- 22.5) , decrease obesity , less salt intake , brisk walking or exercise 30 min atleast 5 days in a week , stop smoking/ alcohol intake, take more veg diet , avoid non- veg diet( DASH diet)
u should stop aten( non cardiosleective , it increase glucose level)
you start metoprolol 50 mg, and amlodipine 10 mg in night
and olvance h in morning
after taking medicine , measure bp after 7 days , may need increase medicine for controlling bp
