Taking Overal For High Luteinizing Hormone Level Which Caused Two Miscarriages. Can This Be Managed Without Medicine?

I underwent 2 miscarriages in this year. Investigations showed that i have a high LH level and was prescribed Overal L tables from Day 5 of periods to Day 25. I have been told to come for another blood test on days 2 of my next period.
Will this tablet Bring down the level of LH. and will it remain at a low level without the help of the Overal L tablet. Or will it spike when i conceive again?

Thank You

Hi and thanks for the query,
Management of women on hormones requires a good mastery of human physiology, and usually involves collaboration between a gynecologist and an endocrinologist. Depending on the specific cause of symptoms or condition, different drugs, in different doses and different durations are being used. It is important to note that it might take some time for palpable results to be obtained. compliance to treatment and patience are key aspects in the treatment. It is not rare, depending on the case, to use some surgical techniques or procedure in the process. Kind regards
