Taking Prevacid For Esophageal Dilatation. Need Alternative Medicine For Acid Reflux
I currently take Prevacid DR 30 mg once a day. For the last 6 months my insurance company refuses to pay for this drug until they receive authorization from my physician. My physician fills out the form and states he is authorizing this Rx for 6 months. This takes about 2 weeks by the time the insurance company authorizes the pharmacy to fill the script. I go through this every month, so I am looking for an alternative Rx for acid reflux I've had an esophegeal dilatation about 6 years ago.
