I have gone through your query regarding clogged ear with tinnitus and feeling of tiredness and dizzy.
After considering all aspects of your clinical history it appears as you are most probably having eustachian tube dysfunction. Therefore you are advice to take these things along with antibiotic-
1- Steam inhalation.
2- Anti inflammatory.
3- Anti histaminic.
I hope that addition of above in your medication will help you , but if unfortunately you are not getting relief than consultation with ENT doctor will become necessary for thorough examination and investigation to find out the real fact and that will accordingly manage.
Regards.
