Should Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Causing Ear Pressure Be Treated With Antibiotics?

I have eustachian tube dysfunction. It stemmes during a cold. now a week has past n i am over the cold i still have the pressure in my ear. The dr gave me alerid d and a nasal spray. should i b on a antibiotic. i am terrifed that the discomfort will get wrst or i will lose my hearing
