The lump on side of the neck needs to be investigated.
A fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is the first line investigation.
In this test, a sample of cells is taken from the swelling and the cells are stained.
These cell are examined under the microscope to know the origin and nature of the swelling.
Neck is a very common site of
lymph node enlargement.
This swelling can be due to a lymph node enlargement.
Other possibilities include
salivary gland enlargement,
soft tissue swelling, bony enlargement, etc.
Bleeding from the anterior part of the nose is a common problem.
It usually occurs due to mild trauma to the blood vessels in the anterior part of the nose.
You can
consult ENT specialist for this problem.
Nose pack can be kept in place to control the bleeding.
Headache with light headedness can occur due to many reasons.
Take some rest and pain killers can help.
If it does not get relieved you can consult your doctor for it.
