hi im 18 years old (guy) and i start having severe itching between the anus and genitals and i have small bumps in the anus and i use tu have parasites but if is normal to feel tickle on the left side of the belly when you scratch the genitals and the lower the belly because when i scratch it if feels like tickles and im scare if i have worms again because i when to have a stool test and is came positibe but still i have that moving feeling on the left side on my lower belly.

Hi, You are 18 years guy, got severe itching between anus and genitals, movement in the lower belly, stool test for worms is positive.
The causes could be worms, causing itching in the night, or a fungal infection. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for treatment.
I usually prescribe grisofulvin, tablets, twice a day, albendazole tablets one time, and steroid combination ointment for local application to my patients with such symptoms. Thank you.
