Teeth Feeling Loose And Sore. Do I Have A Gum Disease?

My bottom teeth are feeling loose, I don t know if is just me or they are actually loose. I ve been trying to clean my teeth really good by using Crest 3D white toothpaste and mouth rinse. My teeth are feeling sore now, and I m wondering if I have gum disease? I m really scared and don t know what to do, I m only 19. I m trying a mouth wash and toothpaste that prevents gum disease. Will that work? I really don t have the money to visit the dentist .

hello & welcome
as you said that teeth are mobile surely this may be because of gums problem.
rest only toothpastes and mouthwashes are not sufficient to cure gums problem.
you have to visit to your dentist as soon as possible for scaling and deep cleaning, or further clinical investigation.
till than start up with warm saline rinses, betadine rinses, and gum massage with tannic acid gum paint.
thanks & take care

hi and welcome to HCM,
At the age of 19 having loose teeth is simply not a good sign at all . i suspect you are suffering from AGGRESIVE periodontitis.
It is inflammatory gum disease affecting young population group. You should not ignore this and i suggest you to consult a dentist and get the clinical examination done.
Some of the tests you have to do is .. get complete blood examination done, blood sugar test fasting as well as post prandial and thyroid profile, these tests will help in ruling out the cause of disease.
Get a OPG radiograph done which will show the amount of bone loss and level of gum and the underlying jaw structures accordingly treatment can be carried out.
You need Periodontal procedures like deep scaling , currettage and flap surgery with bone graft if needed.
get well soon ,
take care.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
This condition is called as PERIODONTITIS leading to tooth loss in worst scenario.
start brushing twice daily with mild brush in a circular manner.
use warm saline rinses (half cup Luke warm water + half tbs table salt). rinse with it every day twice after brushing.
You need Periodontal procedures like deep scaling , currettage and flap surgery with bone graft if needed.
visit your dentist nearby for radiograph and proper management
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Regards.

dear friend.

thanks for sharing your concern.

your statement shows that
you are really taking care of your tooth but this alone will not solve the problem.

you have periodontitis that is why you are feeling loosening of teeth.

for this you will have to visit your dentist and get an OPG xray done.

that will explain how much infection is there, whether any bone loss or not.after knowing these details your treatment can be planned.

i would say get yourself examined before it progresses further. meanwhile you can use tannic acid gum paint for massaging your gums.

hope this helps.

thanks
