Tender, Dull Pain Under Armpit, Light Chest Pain, Random Nausea. All Tests Clear. What Could Be Wrong?

Hi I have been having a dull pain under my left armpit for about 5 days. No swelling of the lymph nodes but that area is tender. Also some light chest pain. Went for a stress test and had good results. Chest xray and ekg didn t show anything. I also have random nausea. Sometimes I also feel tired and drained after eating (corn,beans, tortillas). I have also had a very mild tingling in my left arm that comes and goes, I think it may be a result from the tenderness under my armpit. This has happened only one other time 2 months ago and it just started again. Can t think of anything I did to start this. Thank you

When your all the test turned unremarkable then the only possibility remains and that is reflex of acid the esophagitis some time induces such symptoms this could be due the refer pain of esophagitis, nothing to losses if we can try proton pump inhibitor drug "Omeprazole" 40 mg would be best drug for this have it at evening time only for six week, have good day.
