Hi, Welcome to HCM, Your X ray report suggest that your heart size is enlarged,with unfolding of aorta commonly seen in patients of hypertension.but there can be other causes also like valve defects,muscle diseases. If you are a known patient of High blood pressure then you should check with your physician and get a EKG done to see everything is fine or not. In X ray cardiac size is roughly detected hence you are advised Echocardiography which is ultrasonography of heart gives exact dimensions of heart and function with status of valves.
