Hello,
The finding of numerous pus cells and RBCs in urine definitely means presence of a disease. RBCs in urine indicate bleeding in your urinary system.
Clinical diagnosis will depend on the presence or absence, and the kind of symptoms. You have not specified any symptoms in your mail. Such finding would most commonly arise from an inflammatory disease of the urinary tract, acute or chronic. Other causes would include stone disease and even some malignant diseases of the urinary passage.
At your age most likely cause for such a report could be because of kidney stones associated with urinary tract infection.
Consult a doctor and get properly investigated to find the exact cause and treatment.
Thanks
