Testicle Pain, Stinging Sensation In Penis, Stomach Pain. Had Blood Tests. Why Is It Getting Worse?

Hi I have just had some blood tests to try and determine why I have a stinging sensation inside my penis. My testicles are also aching. The tests havent come back yet but I'm worried they will show nothing. But I know this isn't normal. The pain also travels up into my stomach a little bit. I had this a few months ago and it went away. This time it is much worse. Is my testicles are aching as well

Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

From your history, it seems that you have got some inflammation of your testes which most commonly occurs due to any unnoticed trivial trauma occurring during any kind of activity if the testes are not properly supported.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advise you for a urine routine/microscopic test to rule out a urinary tract infection followed by a culture sensitivity test for appropriate management. It is also logical to have an ultrasound of kidney, ureter, bladder and testis done to rule out ureteric calculi.

I would also advise you for a proper scrotal support, along with an anti inflammatory drug with a proton pump inhibitor, and a broad spectrum antibiotic which may change depending on the urine culture/sensitivity test.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem.

Thanks for choosing health care magic for clearing doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
