The Lateral Ventricles Are Slightly Larger Than On The Prior

The lateral ventricles are slightly larger than on the prior examination but remain largely slitlike. There is a left parieto-occipital approach ventricular shunt catheter with tip terminating in the body of the left lateral ventricle.
Abandoned right and left occipital shunt catheters are noted. There is no hemorrhage, mass lesion, or CT evidence of ischemia. There is no mass-effect or midline shift. The grey-white differentiation is normal. No intra- or extra-axial fluid collections
are seen. Again noted are findings of a Chiari II malformation. The basal cisterns are patent.

WHATS THIS MEAN IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY SHUNT PLEASE HELP
