1.The report suggest there is a cystic area with in the brain parenchyma side not mentioned. 2.The lesion seen causing mass effect on the lateral ventricle / ventricular dilatation. 3.In this case it needs further evaluation with the contrast study with MRI. 4.MRI with contrast will give most narrow diagnosis - weather any mass lesion, cystic area , infective aetiology. 5.Rest of the brain and paranasal sinuses according to the study appears normal.
