The Roof Of My Mouth Is Yellow And The Back Of My Throat Have Lots Of Thin Red Veins Sticking Out

Theres something wrong with my throat, the roof of my mouth is yellow an like bruised a little. The back of my throat had lots of thin red veins sticking out and like a little white lump at the back, my throat feels dry and hurts a little if i sneeze not that bad if i swallow tho it looks really bad please help

Hi, roof of mouth is generally yellow to like pink in colour, thats normal.
Veins striking out in thraot eith pain suggest that there is infection and congestion in throat.
Do hot saline gargle. Take anti inflammatory medication with pain killers.
If symptoms doesn't zubside by 2 days, consult doctor znx start antibiotics.
