The Veins In Both Of My Wrist Sometimes Feel Like

The veins in both of my wrist sometimes feel like the blood is having a hard time passing through. Sometimes it also feels like theyre on fire. I went to the er the other day because I had some pain in my upper left arm and eventually the pain went away there but in its place I had a lump on my left forearm. The lump is still there but it has gotten smaller. The ER Dr didn't seem concerned about it but my veins have been doing weird things lately. They stick out a bit more than usual.
