There Are Minimal Faint Linear Densities In The Medial Aspect

There are minimal faint linear densities in the medial aspect of the upper apical region. There is crowding of the pulmonary vascular markings in the right paracardiac area associated with hazy and ill-defined densities rendering the right lower cardiac border ill defined. The rest of the lung fields are clear. Heart is not enlarged. The trachial air column is at the midline. Both hemidiaphragms and costophrenicc sulci are intact. The visualized bony structures are unremarkable.

==IMPRESSION==
1. CONSIDER MINIMAL FIBROSIS DUE TO PAST INFLAMMATORY PROCESS IN THE MEDIAL ASPECT OF THE RIGHT UPPER LOBE AND LEFT APICAL REGION.
2. CROWDING OF THE PULMONARY VASCULAR MARKINGS IN THE RIGHT PARACARDIAC AREA. A SUPERIMPOSED MILD INFLAMMATORY PROCESS IS NOT TOTALLY RULED OUT. PLEASE CORRELATE WITH OTHER CLINICAL PARAMETERS.

++please help me doctor for this matter of what is this really mean++ thanks a lot more power
