There is moderate central stenosis at L3-L4 resulting from the combination of facet hypertrophy and retrolisthesis. There is also associated bilateral moderate forminal narrowing. My low back hurts so bad, the pain radiates down my legs to my feet. I feel stiff and in lots of pain.
