General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your problem may be caused by veins insufficiency in both legs only. However heart problem or kidney problem can also cause such symptoms.
Varicose veins which give pain, can indicate veins thrombosis. This can lead to deep veins thrombosis which is life threatening condition.
I suggest you to do not wait any longer with your symptoms.
Please consult your doctor first. Dopplers veins ultrasound needs to be done. Kidneys and heart function needs to be verified.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
