This Morning During A Visit To My Doctor's Office For

This morning during a visit to my doctor's office for cough and cold complaints they discovered that I have a lot of ear wax in my right ear and the nurse will wash it out. She sprayed some worm water in my ear. The wax was stubborn so she kept spraying. Chunks of wax came out floating in the container.
Meanwhile spritzing for a while, all of a sudden I felt a sharp pin like pain. Almost jumped off the table...
She stopped spraying, the pain stopped, my ear felt full of water but she said it will come out. After a short while I felt it did. I left the office and went to work. In the evening went to bed laying on my right side like I always do falling asleep. All of a sudden my ear felt like leaking and filling up with water or something. I went to check it out and noticed that my pillow had fresh blood on it. Two silver dollar size
stains...My ear felt like full of water so I shook it and after a few minutes it felt kind of normal. The minute I laid back down it felt like filling up again...though no more blood came out...I don't dare to lay down. Should I go to emergency room or can I wait till the morning? Or what should I do? Please, help.
