Three Weeks Ago While Moving I Fell From Our Attic

Three weeks ago while moving I fell from our attic to the concrete floor below. Luckily I'm tall and was able to grab a beam to help break the fall so it wasn't that far, but I landed on my outstretched right (dominate hand) palm. The pain was intense and bruising was immediate. But since we were literally loading the moving truck I had to suck it up. Now that I'm in our new place I was hoping the pain would subside and it has to some extent but I still am not able to put any weight on my right hand, can't pull or grab anything and typing is a chore. I am still very sore at the scaphoid area, tender at the bones below the middle and index finger on my palm and and when turning my wrist I still have some shooting pain up my arm. Unfortunately I'm not working so I don't have insurance so I hesitate going to the ER at this late date. Do you think there may be a fracture or does it sound more like severe bruising with maybe some tendon/ligament damage or tearing? What should I do help with the healing? I'm prescription naproxen 500 mg, I have flexeril and I've been taking motrin. I have pictures of the bruising if that helps.
