Hello, Since you are c/o bleeding gums,i suspect your gums are inflamed resulting in periodonitits. A direct clinical evaluation by a dentist will help to give an exact diagnosis. Thorough deep scaling has to be done by a dentist. Maintain oral hygiene well. Use soft interdental toothbrush and dental floss to clean your teeth. Gargle using chlorhexidine mouthrinse and betadine solution. Vitamin c as well as antioxidants has to be administered. Take plenty of fluids and water. Regarding other concerns, please do visit a physician. Hope this helps.
