Throbbing Pain In Inner Thigh. Skin Feels Bruised, Itchy, Tender To Touch. No Help From Painkillers. Solution?

Hi, I am in absolute agony with a throbbing pain in my inner thigh just above my knee. I also have lower back pain but the leg pain is excruciating and stopping me from sleeping. I've had this for over a week now. My GP prescribed painkillers but they aren't effective at all. It's been suggested that I have sciatica but the pain doesn't go below my knee and my skin feels very bruised and tender to touch and gets very itchy at times. It's driving me crazy.

Friend, u must consult a Physio. If its diagnosed of sciatica, physiotherapy would be very helpful. Painkillers would not last of long. You could also take a MRI. So go to a PG and ask for a Physio referral.
