Throwing Up A Lot. Can Take Only Fluids. Pain In Upper Stomach. Got UTI. No Problem In Blood, Scan. Treatment?

Sat a week ago I woke up throwing up and that went on sat and Sunday. In those 2 days I threw up over 60 times. It slowed down Monday and Tuesday. Only throwing up 10xs Monday and 6 on Tuesday. Wed till today I can keep down fluids but still throwing up food I eat. Since it started throwing up I've been having pains in my upper stomac left side. It close to my ribs but a little to the right of my left ribs. Then a week later I woke up with a UTI. They did blood work, X-rays, and CT scan. The 3 times I went to the er. They couldn't find anything. I don't have a gallbladder. I don't know what to do. 3 yrs ago the went down with a light and seen i had a hernia. Do you know what maybe wrong with me.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Multiple episodes of vomiting can be due to various causes.
It can be due to food poisoning causing infection, obstruction, etc.
Did you have food outside in the preceding days?
Multiple episodes of vomiting can lead to rapid fluid depletion.
The fluid loss has to be maintained by taking fluids regularly.
Light food should also be taken.
If there is associated with diarrhea, stool examination can also be done.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination, investigations and antiobiotics if required.
If there is suspicion of urinary tract infection, urine examination needs t be done.
A normal CT scan of the abdomen rules out any structural abnormality or calculi of the urinary tract.
A normal blood work up rules out infection at any focus in the body.

Thanks and take care
