Hi, For the past one year I have been experiencing tightness and strain on right side of throat while swallowing with shoulder pain radiating towards underarms. My thyroid blood tests and ultrasound scans were normal. The ENT specialist whom i have consulted said it could be GERD. Please advise as this is really troubling and scaring me.
