Tightness In Chest, Breathlessness. Had Cold Water. What Is Going On?
Doctor I need to know this. When I walk or take stairs or carry my 18 months baby I feel tight feeling in my chest, as if I am not taking deep breath. But i can take a deep breath when i take in.
My Diet is less oily but its still there. Drink cold water and which i think is wrong just after a meal but still i do.
Please explain the need.

You could be suffering from mild asthma. Do you have any nkind of allergy? But tightness of chest could be becauser of some cardiac condition as well. I suggest you consult both a pulmonologist and a cardiologist to know the exact cause of this tightness in the chest.
