Tightness In Muscles. Abnormal CS Reading. No History Of Heart Problems. Treatment?

Hi Dr my CS reading is 3775. It s the first it has come up of thins nature. The average reading should be around 450. The doctor asked is I was taking any Muscle supplements and I said no. There has never been any history of heart problems in my family. My Muscles do seem quite tight. I haven t been doing anthing strenuous and the doctor wants to do another reading in a months time
