Tightness In The Chest, Dizziness And Drop In Temperature. Cause?
my chest has been feeling tight on and off since the temp has dropped into the teens. i am 48 yrs old , 124 pound and phyiscally fit. Also in the summer when the temp was quite high i felt a tightness in my chest and dizzy on and off , only when i would go into a A/C room would the symptoms disappear. I am a bit concerned, what could all of this be?
