Tingling And Urinating Sensation After Having Unprotected Sex, Redness On Tip Of Penis. Positive Test For Herpes. Opinion?
I had unprotected sex about 3 years ago and afterwords felt a small tingle and urge to pee alot . I was checked repeatitly for stds and all were negative. Since then once in while I get a little redness on tip of penis but goes away after few days and not like a blister or anything. I did test positive for the herpes 1 but that's all. What is ur opinion of what it could be ?

probably you contracted herpes virus during that encounter. Some nonspecific infection can cause increased frequency of urination. Generally the virus will remain suppressed but herpes 1 usually doesn't cause genital herpes. You should get a fasting blood sugar level done and urine for pus cells. UTI can be chronic and recurrent. The virus can flare up if your immunity goes down. so have healthy diet and exercise schedule
