Tingling, Itching, Swelling In Lips After Eating Popcorn. Tried Counter Lip Treatments, No Improvement. Recommendations?
A couple weeks ago after eating popcorn my lips seem to have a reaction to it. They tingled and itched and felt swollen. The corners cracked and my skin just below my bottom lip is all red and itchy at times, I haven't had any more salty snacks or food. But I can't get it to clear up. I have tried over the counter lip treatments, but they are not working. I also get little tiny white head pimples that pop easily.

Thank for asking to HCM,, It may be reaction of some spice, ingredient, you will have to differentiate it by giving second trial, if it okay right now then have popcorn again of same company, then see it happens or not, if it appears then it is confirmed, if not then go to see the skin specialist, for further assist, if you a have symptoms right now, have systemic dose of Dexamethasone, it will be subsided with this,, Have good day.

As you have Tingling, itching, swelling in lips after eating popcorn.These all symptoms suggesting about the allergic reaction just take Antiallergic ( fexofenadine and predmet) drug.
